Bobby Miles is the owner of The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati and The Basement Doctor of Central Kentucky. We are a waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space repair, and concrete leveling company with an office in Loveland, Ohio and also Frankfort, Kentucky.
As part of the Basement Systems network of dealers, The Basement Doctor has exclusive access to more than 30 patented products which allow them to custom design an effective and permanent solution for every type of wet basement problem.
"We are here to help our customers," says Bobby. "It is very gratifying to me knowing that we can go in somebody's basement that had 6 to 10 inches of water in it, waterproof it with our patented systems through the network, and know that they will have a dry basement for life." Bobby loves being in the offices and knowing what's happening on a day-to-day basis. He is never hard to reach and is willing to listen to anybody.

Due to a problem with a key piece of equipment my initial start date had to be changed and when able to come there was another problem with the same type of equipment. Tyler notified me in a timely manner about work time changes, explained why, and also answered all my questions regarding the work they were doing. It was extremely hot the majority of the time they did my work. No complaints and worked very hard to complete the job. All the men were excellent. -
