Debbie is an Appointment and PolyLevel Scheduler at The Basement Doctor and has been with the company since 2016. She is a proud mother to her son Joey and grandmother to Kali, 6, and Joseph, 5.
In her spare time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her grandkids, playing cards, listening to music, and baking.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Debbie said, "I like helping people. We in the call center are the first people our customers talk to when facing an issue with their home, and it's rewarding to hear the relief in their voice when I tell them we can help. I also love my coworkers—we are like a family here at The Basement Doctor." Debbie was honored with the Rising Star Award in 2017 for her dedication and contributions.
