CleanSpace walls do a great job at reflecting light and keeping moisture out of your basement.
Our specialist use a laser level to be able to properly diagnose wall movement. All foundation repair contractors should use a laser level.
This picture was taken on the initial inspection. You can feel just how wet the crawl space was through this picture.
Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is tucked into this corner of the crawl space right next to their existing sump pump. Our Sedona has a condensate pump that will help discharge the water it collects out of the air into the sump pit automatically.
This crawl space was deteriorating quickly due to moisture intrusion. You may also notice the plastic liner covering the floor, which was ripped to shreds.
This pinball machine was a prized possession, and rightfully so. We were going to make sure it stays dry with our waterproofing system.
