I had question about the steps to the house they investigated and gave the best solution to possible water problem. also they pointed out protentional issues found around the house and windows that i would have never notice. As far as I could tell (only because I don’t have any experience in the service yall provide) your guys did a good job. I was especially thankful that your supervisor (Dewayne) came by. His experience and knowledge of your product and application I believe made a huge difference and provided a good  outcome. He is a very good teacher and explained his opinions well to me and to your hands on our project.I have been in the welding, machining, and coatings business for myself for 35 years. Having good supervisors and employees willing to listen and learn is necessary for their and your success. I believe with what I saw on this project you have that with this crew.
