After Rod made his initial visit to our camp in Vassalboro it took him quite some time to get us a quote. There was an item missing from the quote, and after I emailed to request a revision and he promised to supply one our job appeared to have gotten lost, and it required a second prompt, six weeks later, to get the rev. There were similar delays from a number of people, at a number of points along the process, including, surprisingly, a six week delay between my giving Adam our final check and it being deposited for payment. Your office people, notably Emily, were responsive when I called, but… you’ve got a communication problem. -
