TCH’s internal communications systems worked very well. People in the main office were well informed and knowledgeable about the work being done. They reliably followed up with my project manager and workmen, who always got back to me when I had questions.

Have been a customer for over 20 years. Original installations lacked the proper installations. Technical improvement has been excellent since.

It was a group decision with other condo owners. Acquaintances had good experience with TCH. The final element was the fact that you could do the electrical work as well.

I have heard good things about TC Hafford and I also appreciate that you guys have been in business so long and really understand crawl space science. Doug and Caleb were super kind and professional and did an amazing job installing our dehumidifier, vent covers, and crawl space lights. The crawl space humidity level dropped almost instantly after the wotk was done! Thank you!!

Doug performed an excellent installation of my Sedona, which included the necessary electrical work. I wish Doug lived closer to my home so that I might hire him for some additional, unrelated electrical work. Oh well. But my loss is TC Hafford's gain - Doug rocks.
