Service Rep was professional and very knowlegable.

Service person was very helpful and thorough with all aspects of the call.

Service person showed me what was wrong with the unit and explained how it is suppose to work. He also used a demonstration to show the problem.

Very professional, quick and thorough.

Clean up was complete.
