By Brenda E.Douglas, MAMy fiancé’ and I recently hired DryZone to do extensive work in our crawlspace. We live directly on a lake and groundwater is a serious issue in our area. We hired the company to install a sump pump and dehumidifying systems (with alarms in case of a malfunction) in our home. Additionally, it was found (during the initial inspection and quote) that our main support beam was severely water damaged and needed to be replaced. In order to do this extensive work, the crew members needed to clean out debris from our crawlspace and waterproof the crawlspace. The crew members were efficient and clearly understood the issues we were experiencing. The transformation of this space was truly amazing. I can actually use this space for storage at this time. I would HIGHLY recommend (and have to several of my neighbors) to hire DryZone to do any work in their homes. We once again feel safe in our home and our home environment in our living area is much improved. Our electricity runs below our home so having water in our crawlspace was a severe risk. We no longer smell musty after rain. It has been an amazing transformation, to say the least. They clearly understand this area of a home and truly do their very best to improve the conditions. For anyone with similar issues, I would not look any further than DryZone. -
