We covered the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to protect this area from moisture. This will also help direct the water seepage down into our WaterGuard system installed into the floor.
Our WaterGuard interior drainage system gets covered in fresh concrete, as a layer of white CleanSpace vapor barrier helps guide the wall seepage down into the system.
For this basement, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump to pump all of the collected water seepage out.
Here you will see evidence of moisture and staining on the foundation
On the left, you see our TripleSafe sump pump ready to discharge any unwanted water seepage!
These cracks were an indicator that this home was experiencing settling.
Our TripleSafe system has three pumps; a primary, secondary and battery powered backup. We highly recommend this system for finished basements to give homeowners peace of mind!
Our TripleSafe sump pump is connected to our full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to ensure water is being collected and discharged.
