This was the sump pump system that was out dated and no longer working. We covered it in concrete to properly seal it away.
This basement did not have a way to discharge water, so we provided a reliable way to do so, the TripleSafe sump pump!
The CleanSpace Wall System is a strong vapor barrier that fits seamlessly along the basement walls.
The CleanSpace Wall System is installed along the basement walls and acts as a vapor barrier. The WaterGuard Drainage System is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete.
With the help our our crew, we were able to place CleanSpace wall vapor barrier on the interior walls to keep the area safe from the outside moisture. Moisture from the outside can cause musty odors or mold growth, so this was our best product to help prevent that!
CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that directs seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system.
IceGuard is installed on the outside of the home to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier installed along the basement walls and directs any water it encounters into the WaterGuard drainage system.
