Ryan joined the DryZone team in 2011 and, after a short break to sharpen his skills, we were happy to welcome him back in 2022! Ryan has many years of experience in the construction industry and has been thoroughly trained by Basement Systems Inc. in Seymour, CT in waterproofing installation and crawl space repair. Ryan is now our Field Supervisor in the Service Department, his wide range of knowledge helps him to excel in this new role. He enjoys meeting with customers and helping them improve their home. When Ryan is not at work, he enjoys watching football, hiking, and camping with friends and family.

Here you can see the crack forming from the wall bowing inwards.
This foundation crack was a result of settlement due to the conditions of the soil outside of this home.
In the corner, our TripleSafe sump pump lives in this corner to pump out the collected water that was gathered from our WaterGuard system. Next to the sump pump, our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to reduce the humidity.
Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier sits in the corner with the TripleSafe sump pump. Perfect for keeping the air dry, while having a reliable pumping system to discharge the water!
On the walls you can see our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier keeping the moisture out! And on the ground, our WaterGuard interior drainage system sits and collects floor and wall seepage.
In This corner, our TripleSafe sump pump is connected to the WaterGuard interior drainage system that runs all along the inside perimeter, collecting water seepage and directing it towards here. The white portion is our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which was strategically placed to help direct the water seeping through the wall to fall right into our WaterGuard system.
On the interior walls, we lined them up with our CleanSpace wall vapor to prevent any outside moisture from seeping in. This will lower the humidity and decrease the chances of mold growth! On the right, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump to discharge all of the water being collected by the WaterGuard interior drainage system, which is under all of the fresh concrete you see in this photo!
