We covered the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to protect this area from moisture. This will also help direct the water seepage down into our WaterGuard system installed into the floor.
Here you can see the long entrance of this crawlspace. Notice how every part of the wall is covered!
Here you can see our TripleSafe sump system with the black battery box charger for the battery-powered UltraSump 4 back up system; our SaniDry Sedona elevated off the floor to keep it dry in the event the basement floor floods again, and our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier system lining the walls!
Here are the wall cracks that were seeping in lots of rain water!
The production crew did a fantastic job at installing the WaterGuard interior drainage system. This non-clogging drainage system sits inside the whole perimeter, collecting and channeling water to the sump pump.
We placed TrenchDrains to go around this water heater, this help prevent surface water build up around this crucial basement appliance.
The difference the brightness and cleanness that the CleanSpace makes in this crawlspace especially makes it look much bigger!
The best way to get rid of water in your basement is using one of our sump pumps, such as the TripleSafe sump pump which discharges up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour. In addition, our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier dries out the air to ensure the space stays safe from humidity.
