We covered the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to protect this area from moisture. This will also help direct the water seepage down into our WaterGuard system installed into the floor.
The WaterGuard drainage system is installed along the perimeter of the floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Ports are left visible to ensure easy access to the system when needed.
IceGuard is installed on the outside of the home to prevent flooding from clogged or frozen discharge lines.
