WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
The WaterGuard drainage system is installed along the floor's perimeter and covered in fresh concrete to leave the finished project looking seamless. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to allow access to the system.
It's very important to keep the oil tank safe from water so our crew lined the floor beneath it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our WaterGuard drainage system carefully around it.
At the end of the discharge line, all of the water is let out through the LawnScape Outlet!
Water was entering the basement through this window well.
TrenchDrain was installed around the oil tank and furnace to protect them from water damage and catch surface water. The TrenchDrain is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system and flows into the TripleSafe sump pump.
TrenchDrain is installed at the base of the stairway to collect excess water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
The SaniDry Sedona keeps the humidity in the air of the crawl space low and drains itself into the SmartSump.
