At the end of the discharge line, all of the water is let out through the LawnScape Outlet!
Water was entering the basement through this window well.
TrenchDrain is installed at the base of the stairway to collect excess water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
Dirt Floor and Stone Wall Crawl Spaces let in and hold onto moisture
The CleanSpace Wall System is fitted seamlessly to the basement walls to act as a vapor barrier.
IceGuard ensures that water doesn't flood back into the house if there's a clogged or frozen discharge line.
The TripleSafe and WaterGuard are installed then backfilled with clean gravel to prevent silt and sediment from entering the liner.
The dirt floor crawl space was very susceptible to common issues like mold and rot.
