The CleanSpace vapor barrier is fitted seamlessly against the basement wall to seal out moisture. As seen in this picture, our crew works meticulously to make sure that the CleanSpace Wall System is perfectly fitted in every area, like this window.

The Sunhouse keeps rain out and protects the window frame from weather damage while still allowing light to enter the basement.
TrenchDrain is installed at the base of the door to collect excess water and is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
The CleanSpace Wall System is fitted perfectly on the wall and around the window to seal out any water trying to enter.
The TrenchDrain grated basement drain is installed in front of the doorway to collect excess water and filters it into the WaterGuard drainage system which is installed along the floor's perimeter and covered in fresh concrete. The WaterGuard Port is left visible (on the right) for easy access to the system.
Here we can see the damage previously done by water flooding into the basement on the floor, damaged insulation and on the door itself.
The TrenchDrain is installed in front of the door leading outside to catch excess water and channel it into the sump pump.
