The TrenchDrain is installed at the base of the stairs to collect excess water, it is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
The WaterGuard drainage system is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to allow access to the system if needed.
The Sunhouse Window Enclosure keeps out a majority of the rain during heavy storms and helps to protect the window frame from weather damage.
IceGuard is installed outside of the home to prevent water from entering your basement due to clogged or frozen discharge lines.
