Was a "checkup" call

Although the pump was working at time of call but I replaced it since it had not been working consistently

Our Service Person's Diagnosis

Service person stated pump was working but once told my pump works 24/7...365 we discussed the orignal pump's longevity. It lasted well over it's predicted lifespan.

Our Service Work

replaced pump. service did not force this on me. After I said I would be more comfortable replacing the pump. He stated he would have made that call too.
