I bought the unit last year and there was a issue with a bad batch of units and mine was one of them . From the time I called until a brand new unit was installed was a mater of a few days . I have nothing but good things to say about Craig , his help, and his company. A true professional in ever aspect. None of the issues were his fault as the factory had a recall and even though all of that was out of his control he still went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I would highly recommend this company for anything related to moisture issues .
