Always quick to respond. I work in a hospital so I requested email communication. Nathan reached out right away to set up a regular service appointment.

Scott was great. He had a cancellation and reached out to see if I wanted to move up the service appointment. I was down from Boston for the day so the earlier appointment worked out perfectly. He was very informative about the product.
