Been using Dry Zone for 14 years following a major flood that ruined our basement. Followed up sump pump installation with a dehumidifier and also additional drainage installed in the floor. No flooding or humidity problems since.

Our technician (Jim Caviasca) was incredible! Took all the time we required to explain what needed to be done. We ended up replacing two of our three sump pumps and our battery. No hard sell...just gave us the facts relative to the age of our equipment and exact cost for replacement parts if we decided to do the work. VERY professional and courteous.

We had a major flood some years ago and realized our homeowner installed sump pump was completely inadequate for our needs. We looked for a company that specialized in waterproofing not just a general contractor that may or may not have the expertise we needed. Had sump pump installed first then had you back for a dehumidifier install followed by installing additional drainage in our basement floor. Gives us peace of mind to have developed relationship with you.
