Again and I apologizes I forgot his name but the service person had the best customer service any customer would be delighted to have. He actually forgot to do something because we were talking about another product and called me later to say he forgot but would stop by the next day to take care of.

OMG who does the hiring. I use to have Ryan who I think was the best service guy but the service person who came to my how was fantastic. So customer focused.
