The service man new I had a 1:00 appointment that I had to make. He called me from his vehicle and told me he would be here shortly and he would be done in time for me to make my appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I watched him do the complete checkup and even take the time to spray and wipe down the inside of the sump. As promised, he was done in time for me to make my appointment. What more could I ask for? Thank you Patrick. Good job!!!
