As a Bessemer, MI native, Corey Pylkas was raised in a family-oriented home with one older sibling and one younger. He worked in the family construction business since a young teen. His passion for the construction business led to a career in the construction industry; including supply chain management, purchasing, installation and sales. This experience proves valuable when designing solutions for our customers’ foundation problems.
Since joining Northland Basement Systems, Corey has completed comprehensive training in designing solutions for our customers foundation repair, waterproofing and crawl space repair needs. He is a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist and a Certified Waterproofing Professional. Corey also holds a residential builders license.
Our mission is: "To be the best in our industry. To 'wow' our customers every step of the way." Corey takes personal responsibility to 'wow' each customer on every job and is a trusted and valued member of the Northland Basement Systems team. Corey has strong dedication to customer satisfaction and initiative to exceed customers’ expectations.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction segment, Corey brings a great deal of enthusiasm and passion for the industry to Northland Basement Systems. Since working for NBS, Corey says the best part of serving our customers is “talking to them after the project and knowing that we accomplished their goals, so they have peace of mind in knowing their problem was solved.” Corey enjoys his work here because he has the ability to “offer permanent solutions to homeowners from a company that stands behind its work and delivers.”
