Richard's walls were crumbling and falling apart. This if one for two walls that were in desperate need of our Shotcrete.
Here is a look at Jon's basement prior to our waterproofing installations. You can see the water damage on the floor from the water intrusion issues he was having. Our systems will take care of this pesky problem.
Water was overflowing the previous sump, which was the cause of the standing water.
The team at Ayers concluded that Josh's foundation was settling, causing it to shift and crack. Luckily, Helical Piers would provide a permanent solution!
You can see in this picture that the wall seems to be leaning. That is not a great sign and shows that the wall is unstable. If this doesn't get fixed it could fall.
The foundation on the other side of the porch is settling and pulling the post away from the home. This is not a good sign and if the foundation continued to settle, this could get worse.
This was during the inspection of Pat's home. This was just one of the cracks and was about an inch wide. The entirety of the basement stairs started to shift as well.
This small sliding window is the door to the crawl space. It is not sealed well so water, pests, or cold air can still get in the space. The homeowner wanted it to be sealed off to protect the crawl space and home.
