Tyler came to Ayers because he enjoyed working with his hands and wanted to learn more about construction. He stayed because of his reliable, hard-working teammates and the opportunity to make an impact on customers’ lives. “The team here is extremely knowledgeable,” Tyler says. “They also love helping homeowners, and each other.”

A lifelong resident of Lansing, Michigan, Tyler previously held a position setting up trade shows. In addition to spending time with his wife and their two dogs, his favorite leisure activities include watching University of Michigan football and basketball.
