What made you choose our company:

-Initial Sales Person at Home Improvement show in Manistee started the process letting us know what was available. -Home visit by technician/sales rep. went very well. Walked through with him what we wanted. He listened, looked over the job, came back with multiple options and explained each. My wife and I were confident with his knowledge, recommendations and company reputation to choose the Ayers and the PowerBrace option. Didn't really even consider other companies after the home visit. -The Crew performing the job were extremely professional. Called ahead of time, were on sight when expected, listened as I explained my concerns, had everything they needed, informed me before doing anything that was a change to the job scope (such as removing obstacles in the way of a member or pouring cement) and did a wonderful job including cleanup. Very impressed. The men were cheerful and very respectful. I have never been called 'sir' that many times in one day. Made for a very nice day.
