Phenomenal respectful and professional. 

Blade and Sheldon were wonderful. They really impressed me with their maturity for their age because my neighbor was being rude and disrespectful to them and they kept their cool and acted professionally. If either of these young men come up for a promotion, I believe they deserve it.
