The 3 crew members who did the work were fantastic. Courteous and hard working. Communicated throughout the project.

Melissa and Patrick in Production were very helpful and kept me informed as to tentative and actual starting dates.

The initial meeting and discussion with the salesman were excellent, However, he missed the fact that we have a concrete floor and based the work on a dirt floor. As a consequence, the first crew arrived on Jan. 7, and could not proceed with the work and left. Salesman returned later that day and amended the contract and said he would call with a new starting date. I called him on Jan. 8 and received an email late in the day saying he would call the next day with a start date. He did not. I called again on Jan. 13, and again on the 15th and did not get a call back. On the 16th I called Production and Melissa and Patrick handled it from there.
