Job review from Mary Alice in Ionia, MI 48846 on 05/06/20

I had Ayers before to install a waterproof system in my basement in 2017. When Matt came on 2/28/20 to clean sump pump, I asked about wall in stairwell pulling away from trim and doorways in certain areas of the house near basement stairwell. He called another Matt who came out within an hour and spent another hour, measuring walls w/ laser measures. Area near stair not supported at end of basement stairs. Quoted to have support beams and jacks put in. Ayers showed up on following Tues 3/3/20 on time with 2 men. Took hours to fix. Another man showed up to level beams. Wonderful job and looks nice.
