Ayers was willing to guarantee work with iron ochre present where other companies weren't. Also, Ayers patched a crack floor that wasn't identified by other companies. I would have appreciated more information about the noise of the ice proof exits and the drywall, door hardware and paneling should have been left for me to decided whether to remove or not
