Jake, Brandon, Matt, and Clayton were great to work with. They were personable and tolerant of me. I was not in the way or anything, but I do like to joke around a bit and rib people if I can - and I did. They worked hard and did a good job, I am confident that the systems installed will perform as inspected.

Not only did they tolerate me, but they were patient with the renter's curious puppy and children. Again, they were not in the way often, but on those occasions where they were the crew handled it well.

What made you choose our company:

1. Experiences with one of your competitiors- not bad experiences just "lacking"

2. Phone etiquette, first impressions. I called several companies hoping to get several estimates for a project at the Alpena Church of Christ, most had poor to extremely poor phone skills. 

3. Punctuality and communication. Many of the other companies referred to in item #2 set appointments and never kept them and did not communicate a reason. Ayers communicated as if they were running late, most often you were punctual. I was informed when you were on your way, this allowed me to plan my day and gave an accurate prediction of your arrival. I did not have to wait onsite for an ambiguous, uncertain arrival 

4. Past experience with your company-favorable experience- at the project you did for the Alpena CoC.
