very nice, very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and explained everything thoroughly.  

Nice guys and very polite. They didn't have work materials they needed for the day.

You could not ask for 3 nicer guys to work in your home. It seemed like they didn't have/had trouble finding materials for the job. The foreman also called Ayers to ask for more help to get the job done but no additional help was provided. They worked until 10pm to get the job done- outside in the dark.

Stones left on deck and stairway and left the hose dirty. If they had finished earlier they would likely have taken care of these things
