Knocked down due to pump burning up 1 day after install due to stone(s) getting into the backflow valve during installation. Luckily I stopped to check the basement and found the issue. After some phone calls with Aaron (project foreman), the office, Richard, and the tech (Travis) was able to come same day to fix which was a great relief and really went a long way with my perception of the company.

Sales Process
Rick was excellent through the entire process, and called me back when I was dealing with the sump failure.
Our Installation Crew
Aaron was very professional and communicated thoroughly. Overall the team did a good job and completed it on time. Opportunity would be for them to double check that stones don't get into the plumbing.
The Cleanup Process
House/basement was as clean as could be expected. Lots of stones in the grass to clean up would be my only complaint.
