Job was well executed, scheduling bolixed.

Pleasant, Professional, Well informed. Great job of explaining products and processes. Price reasonable. More information sharing than pressure. I usually dread sales calls. This was pleasant.

Opportunity - If you folks could develop a catalyst in your silica sand to speed curing of joint caulk would make job far more professional. We don't have the option of not using this walk for another week until it warms up significantly. It's cold.here this week. Even after 24 hours, caulk still hasn't set to the point where dog footprints and auto tires aren't imprinting. Since joint is finished before sand is applied, a catalyst at this point would reduce deviation due to temperature effects on cure time.
