From the representative we met at the GR Home & Garden show, to the sales rep (John Sanger) to the installation team (David Cervantes, Mgr.), everything was professionally explained w/ no pressure to buy but emphasis on understanding. When the project was done, David had me into the crawlspace so I could see what they'd done, explained what I couldn't see, and made sure that everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction before they left. I'd recommend them (and have) to anyone that needs a job looked at, an honest opinion and estimate, and wants to see a good long term result.
