Overall, the work was performed satisfactory as the end result of a level foundation and block wall was accomplished at completion. The stability of the foundation/wall will be proven within the next several months/years and is covered via Ayers warranty.

Even though Chris is classified as Service and not Sales, he did a good job. He was agreeable to accepting a detailed scope of work/supply from us and was available most times via email or phone to discuss the project.

Adam was the project foreman and performed well with the tools/equipment provided by Ayers. The crew size/members fluctuated daily, but all members appeared to be knowledgeable as to what tasks were to be performed for the day as well as how they were to be executed.
