An enormous amount of cracks were in the basement walls
A sign of sinking outside of this Flushing, MI house was the sidewalk sloping. On the right side of the image, the sidewalk is flush with the foundation but you can see it getting lower as you look to the left.
The HomeSpec crew made certain the sealant was applied from the top of the wall to the bottom to prevent any potential for water to leak through.
In 2018, a homeowner had HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair encapsulate their crawl space. They were happy with the completed project and the results.
Once the concrete slabs of this patio were all leveled, the crew then applied NexusPro sealant to all of the cracks and joints. This sealant would prevent weather elements from wearing down the patio while also sealing along the foundation to prevent water from leaking into the basement.
A Canton, MI homeowner wanted to protect their driveway and repair the cracks that had begun to appear. So, they called HomeSpec for a free inspection.
This Canton, MI driveway had begun to crack as time went on. These cracks continued to spread and the concrete sunk in some spots. This allowed plant life to invade and fill the spaces.
When the exterior wall was waterproofed & repaired, small window wells with drainage were also installed.
