Sidney is our inspection manager here at HomeSpec, but even before joining the HomeSpec team in 2019 Sidney has always been a tradesman - with roofing, framing, and remodeling being his main areas of expertise.
Sidney is now certified in all things basementy and specializes in settlement and waterproofing. But his real strength is customer relations. He really enjoys helping our customers reach their desired outcomes and helping restore their peace of mind. If he had to pick a favorite product Sidney would have to go with WaterGuard. Before joining the team at HomeSpec he helped his mother go through the process of picking a waterproofing contractor and he chose WaterGuard for her home at that time. "It just made the most sense to have a custom designed, and patented product to protect her home. With over a million feet installed each year, there's no doubt WaterGuard works."
He’s a father of three and spends most of his free time coaching and chauffeuring his kids softball and football teams. When he’a not busy with sports he enjoys BBQ’ing with friends and family and entertaining those closest to him.
