Fred D

Before joining HomeSpec, Fred worked in manufacturing, where he cultivated skills in leadership, quality, and attention to detail. In June of 2022, Fred was hired as a crew member at HomeSpec. He quickly proved himself and, within just a few months, moved into a foreman position specializing in polyurethane concrete leveling jobs. Now, his position has evolved once more as he takes on the role of a project manager. 

Instead of completing projects, Fred now meets with homeowners to discuss their concerns and create repair plans. He enjoys helping solve their problems while also helping his HomeSpec team. In his spare time, Fred is an active individual who thrives by eating healthy, working out, biking, and spending time with family.
