Shelly V

Shelly entered the world of sales after she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1996 and quickly fell in love with the field. She has over 30 years of experience in sales, customer service, and management positions. She continues to expand her horizons as she recently obtained her real estate license. This plethora of insight made Shelly a great addition to the project management team at HomeSpec when she joined in February of 2025.

Shelly loves meeting new people and helping them solve their problems. She specializes in basement, foundation, and concrete inspections and creating repair plans for issues of that nature. It is important to Shelly that the products she recommends are ones she is confident will offer real, long-lasting solutions.

When Shelly is not helping others, she prioritizes spending time with her family. She is a proud mother of two girls who keep her busy. Shelly enjoys being active, whether that be outdoors with her friends and family, spending time at the lake, or hitting the gym.
