Ericka brings over 17 years of experience at Comcast as a Sales and Customer Service Supervisor and later a Retail Store Manager. Ericka brings a strong background in leadership, team development, and customer care. She has successfully managed multiple teams, trained new hires, and consistently exceeded performance expectations.

Since joining HomeSpec, Ericka has embraced the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. She is passionate about helping customers, supporting her team’s growth, and creating positive experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Outside of work, Ericka enjoys bowling, traveling, attending comedy shows, listening to live music, and spending quality time with her husband and family.
