Bowing and cracked walls in April's basement that determined the problem.
Our Foreman, Juan Pena, dug out the soil from the entire back side of the home to begin the installation process.

Rod B. had cracked foundation walls in his basement, making him worry about the life and stability of his home.
Juan Pena and his crew dug nine holes around the house in the backyard, and installed a long, metal rod in each hole from the soil to the foundation wall. They installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor on each side of the rod to tighten and straighten the wall into its normal position.
The production crew removed concrete around the perimeter of the basement and through the middle of the floor for the water drainage system.
The simplest, most effective way to stop basement flooding is to install a full-perimeter French drain in your basement.
