The office staff was super friendly and efficient. They were always willing to assist and answer any questions.

Our Service Technician, Mitch, was requested to check our basement systems since he did an excellent job last year! 

Our Service Person's Diagnosis

He detected that our SaniDry Dehumidifier wasn't working properly and he delivered a temporary replacement. I will request him again next year!
