Tony Bach, was a top notch salesman, was thorough, listened to all my concerns, explained everything very well, was patient and answered all my questions. I was originally just looking for the waterproofing, but he explained the benefits of a new subpump, dehumidifier and air purifier as well. The install team were punctual, polite and also thorough. 10/10 great process from start to finish.
