Very professional, from start to finish. I am glad I have the warranty, for peace of mind in case needed with my driveway.
Call Representative
Super-friendly and helpful. All of the prep materials, videos, and reminders were really helpful and very professional.
Sales Process
Brad was very thorough in evaluating the situation and explaining my options. He answered all of my questions and explained what to expect from next steps in the process.
Our Installation Crew
Sam and Tristan were terrific to work with, and they obviously enjoy working together. They were so friendly and did a terrific job. Sam is a very experienced and knowledgeable foreman and explained what was being done and answered all of my questions. Sam even took great care to make the leveling work with other considerations in my driveway (e.g. some sidewalk cutting/shaving that had been done previously.)
The Cleanup Process
Sam and Tristan took extra time to ensure everything was cleaned up really well.
