Our Overall Service
The overall process went very smoothly and according to expectations. I'm giving a 4 rating because the installation was literally just completed yesterday, and I don't know that it solved the issue yet. That said, I have only good things to say about the entire AW team.
Sales Process
Nick Corbin was really pleasant to work with. He explained things fully, worked with us on scheduling, answered with my barrages of questions via email, and even connected with the contractors handling the reconstruction of our basement when they had questions. I always knew I would get a rapid response from Nick whenever I had questions. Would recommend him to others.
Our Installation Crew
We had two crews, and both were great. Raul's and Kevin's teams both showed up on time, worked hard while they were here, answered my questions, and alerted me if they ran into anything unexpected. They also kept the workplace clean and minimized the intrusion to the rest of the house. Very good experience.
The Cleanup Process
The crews did a great job of cleaning everything up. The process made a lot of dust, and some of it got out of the basement, but that's unavoidable. They left a tidy place for the reconstruction team.

What made you choose our company:

Sales presentation was very clear, and Nick listened and answered all of our questions. The warranty was a selling point, too. We especially liked that AW has "Best Places to Work" awards - we felt that spoke to the company's integrity and values.
