Wow just wow. I would like you to know how truly blown away I was and how truly grateful I am for all the service you gave. Starting with calling and introducing yourself, and making sure the scheduled appointment still works for you, calling me when you were 30 min out, arriving to my appt on time. You answered all my questions, did a thorough job with what you were here to do, and you also asked me if there was anything you could improve upon or do better.
