With a background in construction and masonry, Royce brings hands-on industry knowledge and a strong understanding of both field operations and customer experience. As COO, he plays a critical role in guiding the team, improving processes, and ensuring a high standard of service across the company.
Royce is passionate about helping customers improve their quality of life, protect their homes, and gain peace of mind. He is equally committed to supporting team growth and development, helping others succeed both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Royce enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing ping pong, and staying active. If he ever won a million dollars, he’d build his dream home.
