Royce joined the DBS team at the beginning of 2014 as a Design Specialist. Since his start, he has also held the Director of Sales and Service position and his current role at DBS is Director of Operations. Prior to joining DBS, Royce had 5 years of construction and masonry experience. In his current role, Royce oversees our entire Design Specialist team and guides them in creating a "WOW" experience for customers.
Royce says what he likes most about his job is, “helping customers improve their quality of life, maintain their property value, and restore their peace of mind.” His passion for helping his team to grow professionally is unmatched.
In Royce’s spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing ping pong, and staying active. If he won a million dollars, he would build his dream home.
