Kevin Steffey from DBS

Kevin is a certified welder who came to DBS Residential Solutions after working at a gold mine in Alaska. He has been our Basement Repair Production Manager and has since moved into a role as our Duluth Production Manager. He has been with DBS since 2015 and in that time he has most enjoyed the different situations every day brings. In his day-to-day position, he installs products to help permanently fix problems customers are having. In his free time, he likes playing hockey, going to the gym, and hanging out with his dog, wife and kids.

The perimeter of the home was settling, posing significant foundation threats
Foundation cracking in this home was leading to water in the basement.
This is installed on top of the Cleanspace Dimple drainage matting.

This photo shows our frost protection system being covered with dirt. On homes with shallow foundations heat can escape and cause heaving. Installing insulation on the earth outside of the home will prevent frost from occurring and damaging the stabilized structure.
It is important that our crews properly gauge the level of the pipe flowing to the drain tile.
This basement is in need of insulation.
