This home in Ashland, WI is close to Lake Superior. Shifting groundwater and soil conditions and bound to affect foundations over time.
Our helical piers are hydraulically driven into the ground until they reach stable, weight-bearing soil.
In order to contend with the moist soil near the shoreline, our Design Specialist created a plan using steel beams beneath the cabin and helical piers on the outside of the cabin.
This middle support beam is now fully holding the weight of the sunroom above.
The owner of this home in Lakeville, MN reached out to us looking for help with cracked walls in their crawl space foundation.
The before image shows the wall's deterioration, with noticeable bowing and shifting. This visual highlights the urgent need for foundation repair, which led to the implementation of advanced solutions like EverBrace® and PowerBrace™ to restore the home's stability.
